Due to COVID-19 the Secretary of State and Attorney General have issued a memorandum stating because of COVID-19 and “current public health guidance… all voters may request an absentee ballot on that basis.
…[And] all applicants may request an absentee voter registration package by mail, e-mail, fax, or phone on that basis.”
Additionally, with HB1266 becoming law, “concern for the novel coronavirus (COVID-19)” has been added to the Absentee Ballot Application.
